Description           : Set in an urban are you and your "friends" are stuck
			and the whole goal is to waste your friend until he 
			pleads that you are the one and only master of 
			the universe.  Lots of spots to snipe from and some
			cool explosions.

Additional Credits To : Darren Pyper for allowing me to use his DUKE3D level
			as a base for this level..i converted it added some
			new sectors, explosions, weapons, changed the textures
			but it is his map and i give him the credit he deserves
			so all hail LORD DARREN for his permission to do this map.

Important Notes        : Well this is basically known as the tactics section
			 From the bookstore take the sticky mines and
			 throw them down on to the street and teach your 
			 friend to watch his step.  Or throw grenades all over
			 the street until he is wasted. SORRY NO NUKE (to small)
			 or NO HEART (to small)
