Description : This is a map from the fallen AVP2 TC, a mod with Predator as a main character. Sadly, this mod will probably never gonna get released due to the lack of help and lack of time. I still have some interesting cons with specific Predator's behaviour, but the most important thing are the levels. So here we go with the Predator II. Why only one map, you may ask. The answer is simple - just because AVP TC already used almost all possible sound slots. With more additional sounds from AVP2 TC it would not work. So all I can do is to release maps, one by one, if I ever do it again in the future. So I got a few messages from players, who were little complaining the fact AVP TC concentrated mostly on Alien. This time I got something for them. This map looks cool enough and plays good enough to be released. Please note, that this is probably my first city map which will see the light of the day. That's an achievement. Excuses for the lack of details - didn't have time to fix it. But I did quite big amount of work, to "translate" this level into the "Duke world" as the Predator could climb and jump higher etc. So I did split the original level, I changed the location order and starting/ending points, I copy-pasted everything so it now works with AVP TC for Duke Nukem v.1.4. I have even coded a new Predator for the purpose of this release. He runs faster, he fights with honor (using blades at close range, shoulder cannon from a distance + an instant kill disc throw from time to time). I think that's enough for a description. This time everything was made for brightness level one. Enjoy! Background: The map basically represents what we have seen in the Predator II movie (Eastern building, subway, meat factory, suburbs and Predator Ship) with additional church from Batman Versus Predator 1 comic. You are some sort of special agent, probably from NSA and your job is to investigate what on Earth the special forces and the government have to do with the whole Predator case. Besides you are in fact a private Duke Nukem's grandfather. Anyway you HAVE TO kill everything that moves to complete the level (I mean it!). Thanks To : Mikko Sandt - For endless support. Please visit church, train and meat factory before entering the suburbs. You have to kill Predators to gain keycards. At the start move forward on a cord. While fighting invisible Predator, try using M16 to locate this fellow. Level is hard as the Predators are real badasses. Medkits are in the train. Weapons are located near cop car, special forces truck and FBI car. I think that's all. You just can't lost. Oh and for the curious ones. Skulls in the trophy room: Human, Alien, prehistoric Cave Lion, prehistoric Cave Bear, prehistoric Velociraptor and prehistoric Tyrannosaurus. ======================================================================
