The new .bps, .wal, and .wav files are all in the pak file. If you're using Winzip, simply extract the pak file into your c:\driveand it will set up the "Quake2/commando" subdirectory. Or, if you're using a zip utility that doesn't support a directory structure, you can create a subdirectory called "/commando" directly under your Quake2 directory and extract the .pak file into that directory.
