Directory paths are set to extract everything to their respective locations. Just in case you used pkzip and did not use the -d option, the BSP file goes in the MAPS folder located under BASEQ2 in your QUAKE2 folder, and the .WAL files goes into a new folder called DVCUSTOM located under the TEXTURES folder under the BASEQ2 folder located in your QUAKE2 folder.
