=================================================================== Killer Rabbits version 1.0 By Zarniwoop (Jess Crable) =================================================================== Description: These rabbits have been kindly given the chance to fight back against their oppressors. They may appear ordinary at first, but once they are provoked, look out! Once you shoot one of these rabits they'll group up. Each rabbit will merge into one larger rabbit. You cannot attack this beast until it begins to attack you (I plan to add a shield surrounding it in the future). The rabbit movement is inteded to trick you to an extent. It should not be too incredibly hard to kill, however. =================================================================== The larger rabbit has several attacks: The Tailswing: In close range, it can swing around and hit you with its rear. The GravityBeam: This beam, complete with a cheesey sound effect from the original Star Trek series, will envelope the target, remove their movement, and propel them into the air. If there's a ceiling, it will lightly bang the victim into it repeatedly. After several seconds, the target is dropped down to the ground. The Bionic Jump: More cheesey sound effects! This one comes from the Bionic Man tv series. The rabbit does a bionic jump, leaping high into the air, and lands- causing anyone in the radius to be launched in the air! Throwing the Target: Sometimes, but rarely, the rabbit will throw the target into the ceiling with an incredible crushing velocity. =================================================================== Instructions: There's a sample map included. It's a featureless large room with the rabbits already inside. Don't criticize my mapmaking abilities, I spent 3 minutes making that map! If you want to summon these into a different map, or you want to add this to your own map, you need to make sure that you have BOTH kinds of small rabbits present. If you're summoning, make sure you (at least) do this: summon Rabbits.LesserRabbit summon Rabbits.ScoutRabbit At least ONE LesserRabbit must be present, and one (and only one) ScoutRabbit must be present. Keep this in mind! To execute the included map, type "open rabbits" in the Unreal console. To summon these into another map (Nyleve Falls is a great one for this), see the summon instructions above. Files: Rabbits.u -> Put this in your Unreal/System directory. Rabbits.unr -> Put this in your Unreal/Maps directory. =================================================================== Submit any bug reports or problems to zarniwoop@planetunreal.com Go to http://www.planetunreal.com/oddities for more small, unique Unreal modifications! /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ Legal: The Killer Rabbits modification and classes contained within this modifcation are Copyright (c) 1998, Jess Crable (Zarniwoop).
