the Official QuArK (Quake Army knife) HomePage.

QuArK is an extremely easy to use "Quake Integration Editor"
by Armin Rigo. It edits maps, Models, and QuakeC, plus "imports"
just about any Quake-compatible resource to allow easy use in
Quake. It is designed for Quake 1 and 2, Hexen II, Heretic II,
Sin, and Half-Life.
