YPOD-Regular Quake update 1

usage:
Just replace the progs.dat in your quake/ypod dir right now.

This fixes:
Quake crashing between level changes with weird errors (hopefully)
quake giving errors when trying to spawn some of the end maps
GlQuake (should) update the conback.lmp on connect to a server to be YPOD's


YOU WILL STLL CRASH WIHT A PROGS/PLAYER.MDL NO PRECACHED BETWEEN ZOOM6.bsp
and MAP03.bsp !! Be sure to save at the end of zoom6! It will work if you 
exit then restart with the save in zoom6!! All other crashes should be fixed
and I'll fix this one soon (i'm hoping)
