1. How to Install

If you can read this file I assume you have gained access to the .RAR file, the .RAR file should contain the following files;

	NBCBP_Readme.txt
	NBCBP.ZIP
	NBCBP.exe
	NBCBPlus.exe

To install the add-on you need to extract these files to your EDuke32 folder.

2. How to Start

Now that you have extracted the files you need to choose how you want to play the game, do you want DukePlus enabled or not? To start the game in Normal (No DukePlus) run NBCBP.EXE and it should display the version number and load EDuke32, make sure you have no GameDir selected and start as usual.

If you want DukePlus you can run NBCBPlus.exe instead and it should do the same as above but set the GameDir to DukePlus causing this to be enabled whilst you are playing.

If you do not have a Windows machine, the command lines are easy to use, you just need to tell EDuke32 to load NBCBP.ZIP as an additional group, such as;
EDuke32.exe -gNBCBP.ZIP

3. How to Play

Gameplay is just the same as regular Duke Nukem 3D with no real modifications. Select NBCBP as the episode to play under New Game and you should be dropped right into the hub map. Walking into a corridor will load the corresponding level (Corridors are numbered) - you can play in any order, there are a total of 6 levels. In the middle of the hub there are two corridors, one of these has a Nuke Button at the end, this will end your game, the other Corridor has a door in the way of it which can only be opened by secret switches of which there is 1 hidden in each level.

At this point you may notice an addition to the HUD consisting of a yellow nuke and 6 dots, when you find a secret switch, the dot for the corresponding level will light up as well as an indicator at the opening to it's corridor on the Hub Map, if you can find all six of them, you might just be able to enter that locked corridor to find a special surprise!

4. Additional Notes / FAQ

	Spirwell's Map
		Spirwell made two maps for this project and both of them were lost, I do not know which
		map I have, but it is un-finished, the same may apply to other maps, keep in mind we
		were all new to mapping for Duke when we contributed to this before being too harsh.

	Polymer Lights
		Some maps do not play well in Polymer and have no lighting implemented, also, due to the
		map caching, when you re-enter a map it may not display any lighting. The renderer you
		decide to use is up to you, but I reccomend Polymost.

	Non-Project
		Some maps were later released as stand-alone maps and were modified for that purpose,
		some of the included maps are from the stand-alone versions and not the original version
		that was designed for use in this project, I may have had to modify them a little.

	Log Errors
		Due to the way the .DEF File system works, if you do not load the HRP some errors will
		appear in the log file, this is normal.

	Network Activity
		A delay is caused in the launcher for you to read the Version Number and Credits, to
		cause this delay a PING command to the local computer is issued, no network traffic will
		leave your computer, your computer pings iteslf a few times to cause the delay I wanted.
		In effect it's just a cheap way of setting things up.
