=========================================================================== =========================================================================== Title : SM Levels Pack for QUAKE 7 Single Player Levels in one complete package Filenames : PAK0.PAK SMLEVEL.TXT Author : Scott McNutt Email Address : smmcnutt@ix.netcom.com WWW Address : http://www.netcom.com/~smmcnutt/smlevel.html http://www.accelero.com/smmcnutt/ Description : The SM Levels Pack for Quake is a Partial Conversion utilizing some of the best QC mods that one can find. Some of the enhancements are the Chase Cam, Heads Up Display, a new Player Skin, a Flashlight, Flares, Ejecting Shotgun Shells, Gyro's Indecisive BOT for DeathMatch play, EarthQuakes, Rain, more Ambient Sounds, Exploding Walls, Gib Fountains and a few select NEW monsters. They are Willy the Spider, Snakeman (2 different types) and 2 surprise monsters. Most of Quake's original monsters have been modified in some way. I also added a few new weapons. The Pulse Rifle, Cluster Bombs and some Poison Gas Bombs are just waiting to be used on those who stand in your way. There are also a few other surprises. After selecting your skill setting, You will then start your journey at Return of the Dragon. It will act as your central hub. It points to your objectives, obtaining the 4 sacred runes. There is one placed at the end of each level. Royal Warriors, Armour of God, Operation Condor and Game of Death. 4 levels just waiting to test your skills. Upon completion of each level, you will return to the main hub, Return of the Dragon. After the 4 main levels are completed and all the runes are obtained, you will have access to your final challenge, A Better Tomorrow. Although it is a small level and monsters are scarce, you will wish to see daylight again. Once finished you will view a message only a few poor souls have read, rest their lost souls. From Return of the Dragon you may choose any level in any order. It has been rumored that Royal Warriors is the eaisest and smallest of the levels that have the runes you search for. Simply start a single player game to play. When you finish romping through the levels in Single Player mode, its time to try out Gyro's Indecisive Bot for DM training. The Indecisive Bot will humble you in many ways. All the levels are set up for DM play. Description of START : SM Levels Pack Intro is your skill select level. But awaiting you are many enemies just waiting to make your day the worse. Do you have the strength and courage to defeat those that stand in your way to becoming the Royal Warrior? Description of SMLEVEL2 : Armour of God. This world, in the Black Suns Zone, on the fringe of Faberian dominated space, was terraformed during the Second Empire, but with disastrous results.
