WHAT YOU JUST RECEIVED:
=======================

You have just received the "Lite" version of the qED Rapid 
Development 3D Level Editor (Note: qME and qART are not included
with the qED-Lite package). For Windows-95/Windows-NT4 only.
Just run the SETUP program and follow the instructions.


qED Level Editor
----------------

This is the first tool in our kit that you should access and learn. 
It is extensively documented. EVERYONE should go to the PRIMER first! 
There is a Quick-Start section designed just for 3D Level Lords and 
other experienced designers. For everyone else we strongly urge you 
to go through the whole Primer, it is absolutely the fastest way to 
become productive with qED and the whole process of creating your 
own 3D worlds.

This "Lite" version supports all the features of the full product,
but limits the number of brushes that can be utilized in a map. This
allows you to sample this excellent application and learn the basics
of 3D game map design, without any risks or costs to you. Once you
decide to move into serious map creation simply purchase the full
version of the program to remove all limitations. Visit our WEB site

NOTE: You are not allowed to copy, distribute, and/or publish any of
these programs, not even the "Lite" products included herein!

 
    NOTE: This release includes ENTITIES for TeamFortress/CTF (tm),
    Hipnotic (r), and Rogue (r) Mission Pack / Add-Ons to the 
    basic Quake (r) game. You should not use these entities in 
    your map unless you have the relevant Mission Pack or
    Add-On features installed in your Quake directory.
