not a great demo, and i don't even make 1/2 the r/jumps and tricks
i can often make, but it will give u a bit of a head start as to 
what u can do on tigca02

how to play tigca02.dem (in case u didn't know)

make sure u have tigca02.bsp in your quake/id1/maps dir

make sure u have tigca02.dem in your quake/id1 dir

start quake :]

at the console type 
playdemo tigca02

sit back and watch a dodgy demo
