- 352kb .zip file

directory. This directory is usually C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Rogue Spear
*** YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT THE PROGRAM IS IN THAT
DIR. OR IT WONT WORK ***
2. Create a short-cut to your
desktop for the file RS_Stats_32.exe that is now in your Rogue Spear directory.
****** Running Gall's RogueSpear Stats
******
1. To turn the stats recorder
on, put a check-mark in the white box under the
"Recording Status" area. The stats recorder is now recording. You must make
sure that you keep the program recording while you are playing RS. The program will record
stats for every player that you happen to play with on a server.
2. To turn the stats recorder off, take the
check-mark out of the white box.
3. Viewing Player Stats and Rankings: There
is 2 ways you can do this now.
The first orignal way is to create your .html file's. To do this just select
the type of .html file you would like to create under the "HTML File Creation"
area. Then type in the name of the file you would like to create. The default file names
are "Stats_adver.html" for the Adversarial games you played, and
"Stats_coop.html" for the Cooperative games you have played. If you decide to
change the file name you must make sure to include the ".html" at the end of the
name. The file you create will be placed in your Rogue Spear directory, locate that file
and double-click on it. Your web browser will load the page just like it would a regular
web page. You could then upload that .html file to a web site for all to see.
The 2nd way (new in version 3.0) to view your Players stats and Ranks is to press the
"View Player Rankings" button. It will then display a pop-up window with your
current players stats. If you would like to view your co-op stats make sure that the red
text under the "Player Utilities" says Cooperative Players, and to view your
adversarial stats, make sure that text reads Adversarial Players.
4. Deleting Players: to delete players that
you do not want in your stats files is very simple. just make sure you are on the type of
game (adversarial or co-op) that you would like to edit the stats for. And the large white
scroll box will automaticly display all of those players names. Just find the player that
you would like to delete, click on there name, and press the "Delete" button.
