Description             : This level is a sequel to Underworld
			  Outpost (KrustyDM) .  You are slowly	
			  making your way to the surface, but 
			  you still have to duke it out with 
			  your disgruntled workmates.  This time
			  you have made it to a mineral refinery.
			  Ascend to the top of the tower, find
			  the control room and activate the 
			  refinery towers' spinning apex. Now
		          watch your foes get dizzy trying to
			  keep up with your antics.

Known Bugs      : The title could be an oxymoron.
 
Performance     : If this level starts to suffer because
		  of its detail in the main area, simply
		  do not activate the spinning apex. The
		  apex can be toggled on or off by the
		  control room switch.
